How it works
1. Activate Your Alarm
When you need assistance, simply activate your alarm by pressing and holding the button on your device. If you have one of our fall detector packages, the device will automatically raise an alert if it detects a fall, ensuring you receive help even if you’re unable to call for it.
2. Response Team Responds
Your alert will be immediately sent to our specially trained Response Team. They will respond through the loudspeaker of your device, assessing your situation and determining the best course of action to take.
3. Nominated Contacts Alerted
In the event of an emergency, we can contact the appropriate services, whether it’s the police, ambulance, or fire brigade, depending on the situation. If you’re unable to hear or respond to our team, we will continue to arrange for help. Should emergency services be dispatched, our Response Team will relay any relevant information regarding your medical conditions, allergies, or medications to ensure the fastest and most effective response. Our Response Team will then coordinate assistance on your behalf by notifying your designated Emergency Contacts.
